Edible vs. Artificial operates as a draw between a natural object and its manufactured pseudo
counterpart. Changes in temperature, light, air quality and time reveals the piece to be continually performing. Through the acquisition of blemishes, rotting and odors, the edible are transformed to inedible. The artificial remain crisp, un effected and sterile. The objects start similar in appearance and dissimilar in function but slowly transform to be dissimilar in appearance and similar in function.
