Closer is a work which documents an unfulfilled desire, a desire of full tactile and emotional understanding that seems tangible yet consistently fleeting. Two naked bodies embrace as expressing the symbolism of perfect closeness yet a translucent plastic sheet prevents any real contact from happening, and blurs the perception of reality from either side.
